Special hot plate structure
design, surface grinded, chrome plated and through
hardened process.
Pressure rolls above
hot plate are extensively fabricated. They cab be
pressed by separate stage to suit the requirement
of different paper quality and machine speed.
When the machine stops,
cotton belt can be hydraulic controlled to lift
away from the hot plate in order to protect cotton
belt.
Up cotton belt's tension
can be operated by pneumatic control.
Up and down cotton
belt has adjusting device to prevent the cotton
belt from diversion.
